I can already see that you're not going to let a little thing like missing a leg keep you down! Lara Jones: Wishing you a life of love and happiness. In memory of Goldy. Tamara Johnston. Cristal Lopez: Hang in there, sweetie! You deserve to be loved and I can't wait to see you on the "Adopted" announcements! Jimena Ojeda: Shelby, I hope this event doesn't keep you from being a very happy and loving beagle. Scott and Valerie Pape. Antonella Scarpiello: I wish Shelby a very fast recovery.

Shelby was found with a gunshot wound to her front left leg. Unfortunately, the bullet went right through the joint and fragmented it in several pieces.  The orthopedic surgeon indicated that removing the limb was the best course of action.  Shelby had her leg amputated on 4/3/17.  She is resting and being cared for by her foster family.

We are only able to provide her with the required medical attention through your donations.

If you would like to sponsor her for her treatment please click on the “Sponsor Me!” button.

Donations are greatly appreciated!
