Gender: Female Age: 3 years Status: Adopted

Do you already have an energetic, playful dog who needs help burning off some extra energy? Minnie Mouse can help with that.

Minnie Mouse is about 3 years old, and she exists to run, chase, wrestle and play tug-of-war with another dog. She'll amuse herself with toys (the more the better), but she'd rather play with another dog.

When Minnie Mouse isn't playing, she loves getting attention from her people. When she's done playing, she'll sit to be petted as long as you're willing to indulge her. When it's time for her to rest, she loves to snuggle up to one of her people for a good, sound, sleep. She can be a bit shy and nervous around new people, but she warms up very quickly.

Minnie Mouse does have a special talent: she can find any hole in a fence. If you have a fenced yard, she will find any holes in the fence, and she will use them to escape. She does not dig, though, and she shows no interest in jumping or climbing fences. As long as your fence is secure, she will happily stay home and enjoy your yard.

Minnie Mouse shares her foster home with an 11-year-old female beagle and two cats. She's curious about the cats but doesn't chase or pester them. She's not at all destructive, although she will investigate all sorts of of items in her search for toys (she understands that "No!" means it's not a toy). Minnie Mouse is exceptionally quiet in the house except at feeding time, and she reserves her baying for outdoors. She's housebroken and doesn't need a crate.
