DESCRIPTION:Join us on July 18 for a special Flash Fundraiser Event with Rogue Tattoo! Held at The Dog Penn (2614 Penn Ave\, Pittsburgh\, PA 15222)\, this fun-filled event will feature permanent tattoos\, pet illustrations\, pizza\, and raffle baskets\, all while supporting Midwest Beagle Rescue\, Education and Welfare. \nThe Dog Penn is a unique space combining an off-leash dog park with a full-service bar\, making it the perfect setting for an evening of fun with fellow dog lovers. Come out\, grab some ink\, enjoy great food and drinks\, and help make a difference! \nPlease note: \n\nGuests must be 21 or older to attend.\nAll dogs must be registered through the Dog Penn’s app and that proof of current vaccinations must be uploaded as well. \nThere is a two-dog limit per person\, and there is $15 charge for the first dog and a $7.50 charge for the second dog.
