As a previous Midwest BREW or BREW Midwest adopter, there is no need to go through the process to adopt again. However, please review our Adoption Requirements as they may have changed.

Also, if you adopted prior to May 2011, please complete an on-line application so we can update our records.  If you adopted after May 2011, please contact our Director of Adoptions and let her know you are interested in adopting again.  Our Director of Adoptions will assign you to an Adoption Counselor (AC) who will contact you to verify your information and discuss with you what type of beagle you would like to adopt.
