Gender: Female Age: 6 years Status: Adopted

Pickles (6 years old, 29 lbs) is a medium energy, affection-loving girl who loves to be taken out for a good walk and then cuddle up on the couch. She has a cute trick of sitting up on her hind end like a little groundhog to beg for more petting.  Her face is adorable and she has a wide range of facial expressions ranging from Worried Grandma to Happy Baby.

Pickles is housetrained and crate trained. She would like her new home to have a fenced yard and is looking for a good amount of quality time and companionship.

Pickles loves to watch squirrels and birds, and enjoys contemplating nature and sniffing the breeze while hanging in the yard. She likes to take out all the toys in the toy box, chew on rope toys and tennis balls, and will play with an excited and happy wagging tail if another dog invites her. Toys and playing seem to be intriguing to her.

Pickles would like to be sure her new family can commit to one or two walks a day for exercise and enrichment. She walks happily and at a good pace with breaks for sniffing, and is good on the leash. She is fine with riding in the car. Most of all, she loves attention from humans and being petted while sitting on the couch.

If you think Pickles is the girl of your dreams, please contact your Midwest BREW adoption counselor and let him/her know.
