Gender: Male Age: 5 years Status: Adopted

Hi, I’m Jared!  Nice to meet you!!!   I’m a very outgoing and friendly boy.  The doctor says I’m 5 years old, but my foster dad says I can’t be more than 2 and half or 3.  They don’t know, and I don’t remember.

I’m a bit on the skinny side and VERY athletic. I love playing in the fenced in yard and I like hanging out and playing with my foster brother beagles, although we do quarrel a bit because I want to be the Alpha.  When foster dad comes around, I am a bit timid but friendly. I love kids and people a lot. I like car rides, although the LONG ride to get to my foster house was a bit much for me. I was a bit nervous.

I love to cuddle and will follow foster dad around “like a puppy”.  I sleep in a crate, but would likely be happier not in it. I am quiet until it’s time for breakfast and then I can eat like it’s going out of style. I like
to be the first one done with my food so I can go bug my foster brothers for scraps.  They never let me have any. (darn)

I’m potty trained and ask to go outside when the need happens.  I did have a few intentional marking incidents when I first got to the foster house because of the other boys in the house. I’ve never seen a cat while foster mom and dad had me so they don’t know if I like them or not. They might not like me either. Who knows?

I’m ready for the next chapter with a new forever home to call my own. Will you have me? If you think I’m the right match for you, please contact your Midwest BREW adoption counselor.
