Hi Beagle Lovers!

My name is Angel. I came to Midwest BREW as a stray from a shelter in central Illinois so I don’t know my exact age, but they tell me I’m between 6 and 8 years old. I’m a very pretty auburn color with soft, fluffy fur for a beagle. My foster mom says I’m like a plushy toy dog.

I’ve been with my foster family for about a month now. I had some health issues to sort out and that’s all taken care of now. So I am officially starting the search for my forever family.

I am a very easy going kinda gal. I get along great with my foster beagle brother and sister. I like having company and I let them be in charge. They’ve taught me all kind of stuff – how to use the doggie door, what spots are the sunniest for mid day naps, when we get treats and which windows are the best to bark at! They bark A LOT but I only bark at important things.

I like to play and scamper around but my favorite thing is to nap on the couch next to my foster parents. They scratch my belly which is the best thing ever.

I am house trained. I will go in a crate but it’s not my favorite place to be. The vet told my foster mom about me being locked in a crate so long that I chewed and chewed to get out and ground down some of my teeth. Luckily I am so well behaved that I don’t go into their crate anymore.

I don’t have any special needs just need a special family to love! Please call my foster mom to learn all about me!
