Hi! I’m Tuttle, a sweet baby beagle girl. I am incredibly shy and timid but I really love people and attention. It just takes me a minute to warm up. I have had a rough beginning but thanks to the kind people at Midwest BREW I am on my way to a much happier life.

I love love LOVE to snuggle! In fact, foster mom calls me Tuttle-bug. She says that’s because I’m a huge cuddlebug. If someone is sitting still, I will make myself comfy on their lap. I also try to cuddle up with the beags here in my foster home.

Did I mention I’m a BABY. That means I have tons of energy, curiosity and maybe a bit mischievous. But I am learning things so fast. I am doing great with potty training, if I do say so myself. I can sit for a treat and I really like to hang out in my crate. I do get worried if I’m all alone in the room but if the other beagles are around I am just fine and will curl up for a nap or check out the toys I’ve stashed away in my crate. I’ll admit I’m a bit of a hoarder when it comes to toys.

Did you notice the heart shape on my side drawn with freckles? That’s because I’m a sweetheart through and through.

Let the folks at Midwest BREW know if you have any questions about me!

NOTE: Dogs may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).

Please read our Standards for Adoption and the information about beagles and puppies before you submit an adoption application. Remember that owning a puppy is a full time commitment and you must have the time to commit to a dog that will be with you for 12-17 years. Beagle puppies are cute - but they are very challenging. Puppies may eat your apartment (no refund of security deposit); people who are gone for more than 5 hours at a time will need to make dog walker, neighbor or doggie daycare arrangements. We discourage the adoption of puppies to families with children under the age of six, since puppies will chew toys, shoes, blankets, hands, feet and other important parts of your child's anatomy.
