Hello, my name is Blue, AKA Boo Boo, Baby Boy Blue, or Mr. Blue. Foster mom can call me whatever she likes, I don’t answer to any of them because I’m not used to having a name. I do love when she talks to me though and usually look at her and wag my tail. I’m an approximately 8 year old beagle boy. I’m housebroken and love spending time in the yard sniffing the wood pile. I would love a fenced in yard with lots of things to sniff and a nice sunny place to lay down. I enjoy car rides but definitely need a seatbelt or I’ll climb all over you and hang halfway out the window. I’m not great at going for walks, I’m not used to it. I will potty on leash. I’m good with other dogs and cats but I haven’t spent any time with kids here. I had a seizure when I arrived here but I’m on a medication now that works well and I haven’t had any seizures since. It’s only about $20 a month at a human pharmacy with coupon codes from the GoodRx or Single Care websites. My foster mom thinks I look like a baby goat when I run or jump since I’m a little uncoordinated. I sometimes trip when I run up the stairs or fall off the bed when I get too close to the edge. This might be due to some neurological damage from a previous seizure, but the vet says I’m in good health for my age. I still haven’t howled or barked for my foster mom but maybe I will soon. It took me awhile to get used to my foster family but I’ve gone from sleeping behind the couch to sleeping in the middle of the big king bed.

Do you have a warm spot in your bed for me? Call my foster mom and we can talk about it.
