Hello! My name is Roxanna and I am finally ready to find my forever home after months of waiting! Several months ago, I was dropped off at shelter and waited there until Midwest BREW brought me into their program. I was nervous of so many things but now I realize how amazing it is to be in a home with a family and be my true self. My foster mom says she is so proud of all the progress I have made in the past couple weeks I have been with her. I went from wanting to hide in her lap all the time to learning that I love walks, playing with other dogs, and having fun with toys. I do still, however, love lap snuggles once I am done playing. Overall I do well with the other dogs and children in my foster home, but sometimes they make me nervous so I need a home who will continue to be patient with me. My foster mom trusts me with her six year old child but is careful with me around kids who would not understand that I am still a bit scared from my past experiences and need some patience.

My foster family also has a cat and I completely ignore him and do not give him any trouble. My foster mom also thinks I am very smart because I am learning fast how to walk with a leash, sit, come, and other things. My foster family is so proud of me because after a lot of hard work I can now say that I am potty trained! I have also learned that I don’t like being alone so I would do best in a home where I am not home alone all day. Everyone who meets me thinks I am the sweetest girl and have the softest beagle fur they have ever seen. I have so much love to give to my forever home, could that be with you?

NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).
