2025 Calendar Contest

2025 Calendar Available for Sale Mid-November.

Do you want to help raise money for Midwest BREW?

Do you have a photogenic beagle?

Do you want your beagle to be part of the 2025 Midwest BREW Beagle Calendar?

If the answer to the above questions is YES, then we want to invite you to submit your best beagle pictures for our 2025 calendar photo contest!

The entry fee is $15 per picture for the contest. There is no limit on how many pictures you may submit. We will begin accepting photo submissions on Monday August 12, 2024. To submit photos for the calendar contest, click on the “Photo Submissions” button on the bottom.

All photos are due by August 31, 2024. Please see the contest rules and the photography tips to make sure your photos fit the standards for use in the calendar. The calendar will be 12″ x 12″ and printed on heavy glossy paper.

We will also be looking for sponsors for the calendar. Sponsors can be either Business or Personal and will be $100. Each sponsor will appear in one of the months on the calendar. Click on the “Sponsorships” button at the bottom for more information about sponsorships and the online sponsorship form.

Voting will take place online beginning September 22, 2024, will end promptly at 8:00pm Central Time on Sunday, October 6, 2024 and will be counted based on the total dollar amount of donations per picture.

In addition to the 12 winning pictures, several of the other pictures that have received at least 1 vote will be selected via a random drawing and placed in the center of the calendar as honorable mention photos.

The cover photo will be selected from all the photos submitted and not just from the 12 monthly winners. The selection will be made by the Calendar Contest’s graphic designer and Midwest BREW’s President.

This is an exciting fundraiser for us, and the funds generated from this contest are a crucial part of us being able to assist those beagles that need us the most. We invite all of our alumni and supporters to be part of it.

So, get out those cell phones and cameras and start snapping pictures of your beagles!
