Gender: Female Age: 2 - 3 years Status: Adopted

What is there to say about Elsa Mae? She is a perfect little beagle. Although she can be shy at first, she will open up very quickly! She is completely house trained and has never had an accident in her foster home and knows to go to the back door when she has to potty. She gets along great with the other two dogs in the house and is very intrigued by the cat but has learned to just leave him alone as he is not the friendliest. She is a bit of a couch potato and is perfectly content lying on the couch all day with you.

She is only 3 years old, so of course she has some spunk in her! If she can convince her foster fur siblings to play with her, she with run laps around the back yard too! She more or less will just go with the flow. She is not super food driven but will eat at her own leisure. A treat here and there is always welcomed too. Walking on a leash is pretty easy but she is still getting used to the idea of the harness. Putting it on is more of a struggle than actually wearing it. She is starting to play with toys as well, but isn't quite sure yet. Don't forget about that beagle bark because she will definitely show you her ARROOOO!

Elsa Mae had a rough go when her previous owner decided to move and leave her behind, but she is 100% willing to open her heart to her next family and show them all the love she has to give! This beautiful girl will be the perfect addition to any family looking to love and be loved by a dog with the most soulful eyes! Truly like hitting the jack pot!
