Dogs need to be registered through Barkside in order to attend. This means creating a profile for your dog and uploading their vaccination record proof. There is a two dog limit. A charge of $15 for the first dog and $5 for the second dog will be required.

Tattoo! Held at The Dog Penn (2614 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222), this
fun-filled event will feature:

• permanent tattoos
• pet illustrations
• pizza and
• raffle baskets

all while supporting Midwest Beagle Rescue, Education and Welfare.

The Dog Penn is a unique space combining an off-leash dog park with a
full-service bar, making it the perfect setting for an evening of fun
with fellow dog lovers. Come out, grab some ink, enjoy great food and
drinks, and help make a difference!

Please note:

• Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
• All dogs must be registered through the Dog Penn’s app
• Proof of current vaccinations must be uploaded to the app as well
• There is a two dog limit per person
