Hi, my name is Olivia and I am 1 year old. I was found in Kentucky after being hit by a car. The vet did surgery on me, a procedure called Femoral Head Octectomy (FHO) on my right back leg. I have recovered and get along just fine, actually I’m pretty quick!

My foster parents are making me get lots of rest as I tested positive for heartworm when Midwest BREW took me into their program. Fortuantely, my treatment is complete, I just need to take it easy for a few more weeks: no running or rough housing.

I am a little girl, I only weight 18 pounds. Still, lots of puppy in me… I am playful and like rope toys and chewing on ice cubes.

My foster home has 4 beagles. I love to snuggle on the couch with them or next to my foster mom who I have become very attached to.

At night I sleep in my crate next to my foster mom’s side of the bed. I don’t make a peep all night. At about 7:00 am, I give a little bark or cry to let her know I’m ready to get up.

I am working on housebreaking. I don’t have accidents in my crate. Mom takes me out immediately in the morning to do my business. She then takes me out about every 3 hours.

I think a good home for me would be with another 4 legged buddy to play and snuggle with. Also, I would love to have my mom or dad home a lot! I don’t do great in a crate during the day.....I’m working on it.

If you are looking for a sweet young beagle and think I might fit into your family, please contact Midwest BREW.
