Lemon is a small, beautiful 26 pound 2 – 3 year-old, red and white beagle girl that was a stray and ended up in a dog shelter. Midwest BREW came to her rescue and she is now in a foster home. She is a happy girl but can be shy and timid when she meets new people. Once she gets to know you, she is very affectionate. She can also be timid when she hears loud noises and jumpy if you raise your hand too fast. She gets along great with the dogs in her foster home. Lemon loves her daily walks and like most beagles she keeps her nose to the ground. When she sees a squirrel, hang on tight to the leash!  She would like a home with a secured fenced yard.  She is snuggler and as soon as I sit down, she hops right up beside me to get some lovin’.

Lemon enjoys sleeping in bed with me. She doesn’t care to spend time in the crate so she is seldom crated. She is completely house trained. She is very fast and tries to get out the front door so much care needs to be taken when coming and going out your front door. She rides great in a car and doesn’t mind the crate when going bye-bye.

Lemon is completely vetted and ready to find her forever home!
