Rainbow Bridge Tributes

Sadie

Sadie

We adopted Sadie, our sweetest girl, from your rescue in 2020. I wanted to thank you all so very much for giving us the most precious gift we could ever wish for. We loved Sadie beyond measure. She crossed the rainbow bridge today and as completely heartbroken as we are, we are so grateful to have been blessed with the love of this beautiful soul. Forever grateful to you all. 04/17/2026.

Chance

Chance

My devoted boy, my shadow, my sweet sweet sensitive Chance, is in heaven now. His tumor was taking up most of his bladder and his bloody urine was full of cancer cells. He hurt so bad today…..we had to say good bye He went so peacefully…..until we see each other again my perfect boy. Gosh, I will miss you. 04/19/26.

Ace

Ace

My sweet baby boy Ace is gone. We had to do the unimaginable and say goodbye to him today (04/20/26). It was sudden and unexpected, but everyone who loved him was there and he went peacefully in my arms. It doesn’t feel real that he’s gone. I feel like my heart’s been ripped out of my chest and I don’t know what to do. I loved him for the almost 9 years he was with us, and I will spend the rest of my life missing him. I’m so thankful to Midwest BREW for bringing this silly handsome boy into our lives. I love you Acey and I’ll see you again someday.

Sugar Cane

Sugar Cane

I just want to let you know, that Sugar Cane, was put down today (5/7/26). She was a source of happiness to me and will be missed.

In December we had a fatty tumor removed. However, the tumor resulted in there being cancer cells. She recovered quickly, and was soon back to her happy self. You never saw her not wagging her tail, and doing several spins when it came time to eat. She was such a joy to have in my home.

Baxter

Baxter

Baxter was the happiest dog I have ever met!   His tail would go like a helicopter.   He was always excited to meet humans and four legged friends alike.  With a bark like a seal, he would watch out the front window for me to return and the greetings began before I got in the door.    I am really going to miss that!  Baxter was a great traveler and spent time each winter at the beach.   He welcomed fosters into our home and loved the attention of being an ambassadog.   Baxter was extra special to me and will always live in my heart.
