Diza was 11.5 years old and adopted in the summer of 2025. Diza came to Midwest BREW when her former owner, became ill with cancer in 2025 and asked Midwest BREW to take Diza and her “sister,” Tikvah.

Diza had dislocated her hip late Friday and developed some complications over the past couple of days. The family made a hard decision to let her go today. It just so happened to be the one-year anniversary of Gloria’s husband’s death 💔, which is terribly sad. But our sweet Diza is not in pain.

Gloria told us Diza was a true diva and always wore pink, and that Gloria was so happy to have been able to love her, even if it was for a short time. She was dearly loved 🩷by the Mason family, and she will be greatly missed. (10/15/2026)
